Ingredients:
Step 1:
Soy milk: 2 quarts
Dijon mustard: ¾ cup
Nutritional yeast: 1 ¼ cup
Yellow miso: 1 ½ tablespoons
Onion powder: 1 ½ tablespoons
Turmeric: 1 teaspoon
Minced garlic: 1 ½ tablespoons
Salt: ½ tablespoon
Step 2:
FYH Mozzarella: 1 ½ cup
Step 3:
Corn starch: ⅓ cup
Cold water: ⅓ cup
Step 4:
Truffle oil: ¼ cup
Roasted garlic: ½ cup
Lemon juice: ¼ cup
Procedure:
Simmer Step 1 ingredients for 30 minutes, stirring regularly.
Add Step 2 cheese and cook until melted.
Mix Step 3 ingredients in a small bowl, then add to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, mix in Step 4 ingredients, and blitz in a high speed blender until smooth.
